Ampora Inc. respects the privacy of people who visit our corporate website or contact us about EV charging equipment and services. This policy explains the information we handle through this website and business enquiries, and how to contact us with a privacy request.
If you email Ampora, we receive your email address, your message and any contact or project information you choose to include. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and do not send sensitive personal information or payment-card details. Online enquiry delivery is disabled until Ampora approves and configures it. When enabled, the form sends your name, email, optional phone number, charger quantity, province or territory, optional message and selected power configuration to Ampora for enquiry handling. Until then, use the published sales email. A submission failure does not confirm delivery.
We use enquiry information to understand charging requirements, respond to questions, prepare project discussions and maintain appropriate business correspondence. An enquiry does not create an account, complete a purchase or subscribe you to marketing messages. We do not sell personal information.
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver the site, maintain availability and protect against abuse. The website application does not maintain an enquiry database. When enabled, the contact endpoint validates enquiry details and uses a hidden anti-spam field and request checks before requesting email delivery. Technical processing by hosting providers is separate from correspondence you send to Ampora by email.
Email enquiries are handled through Ampora’s business email services. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver those services. We may also share relevant information with authorized service providers supporting an enquiry, subject to appropriate restrictions, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law. The proposed online enquiry service uses Resend to request notification delivery to sales@ampora.ca, with your validated email as Reply-To. This service remains disabled until approved and configured. Provider acceptance would not prove inbox delivery.
Hosting, email and other service providers may process information outside Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to its laws and lawful access requirements. You may contact Ampora with questions about service providers and cross-border handling of your information.
The website application does not include analytics, advertising trackers or application-set cookies. Hosting and security services may process technical information or use security-related browser mechanisms under their own practices. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy and cookie policies.
We retain business correspondence only as needed to respond to enquiries, support the relevant business relationship and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. The appropriate period depends on the information and its purpose; this policy does not establish a fixed retention period. Provider records are also subject to the relevant provider’s practices and settings.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and its use, including limiting access to authorized recipients. No website, email service or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including confidential or sensitive details in an initial enquiry.

Where applicable, you may request deletion or withdraw consent to further use, subject to legal and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
